Ordered 8 martinis and large pizza with 3 friends at 5:00 pm on Friday evening. 6:20 we were actually told to buy another... cocktail or had to leave. Told "we are in the business to make money"! I myself and actually two other patrons could notbelieve what they heard from the bartender. The next day I called Joe the owner and reported how unprofessional this was andJoe said he would pull the times of ordering and call me back. Two more phone calls and he won't respond. I called in for take out, and was asked to add a tip to a call in, take home order. I don?t dine in bc the tip makes the meal... 20% more, now they play a game where they walk the food to your car and ask for payment and tip over the phone. So now u have totext where you?re parked and wait so they can earn a tip. Very anxiety ridden because I did tip even though I didn?t have themoney but didn?t want to say no directly to the person on the phone. Read more
Cannot say enough good things - Salads were icy cold, fresh and large enough to share with extraordinary dressings. Pizza was... perfectly crusted, with a delicious variety of toppings(we had a Sriracha with maple bacon special). Pasta was perfectly aldente & the Chicken we had was tender & juicy. My first impression seemed he was treating me as someone who was just... looking for a free meal but after further conversation and discussions on the matter he became very Empathetic and understandingto the issue.
