Honestly. Out of the blue prices for improperly made food. I ordered the new bourbon street burger, $1 boneless wings, fries,... and cinnamon swirls. Bourbon burger had a disgusting black pepper sauce that reminds me of Robitussin. However, the bonelesswings was decent, fries were lukewarm at best, The only saving grace was the Cinnabon Swirls and those are hard to mess up. Not sure where to start. This building should be torn down, disgusting dirty old ceiling tiles with water damage and vents... covered in black dirt/mold. Our waiter was nice, but food was luke warm and for the first time ever in a restaurant he waitedafter dropping off the check for me to fill it out (tip and total) and immediately walked off with it while leaving the platesand dirty dishes on the table. I've never had a server stand over me while I fill out a receipt. Will never go back to thislocation. At least the mall location is slightly newer, great services and hot food. Extremely disappointed! I have been to Applebee's many times. I normally order chicken won tons. In the restaurant they are... great but don't ever order to go. I got home with a bowl that held 4 shells and 3 other containers. In each were cole slaw,chicken, and sauce. I got enough meat for 2 shells. I do not appreciate being shorted and ripped off like that. Make this rightor we'll never be back. Read more
Our drinks came 20 minutes after being seated. 2 sodas and 2 waters, nothing from the bar. She apologized and said they were... "slammed"...It was not busy, not even a little bit. I've gotten the grilled chicken sandwich at other Applebee's locations andit's been good, but this time it wasn't great. The mac and cheese with chicken tenders was alfredo, not mac & cheese. It wassorta watery and separated. A little shredded cheese on the broccoli side is an extra $1.99. We sat with our meals and nosilverware for a few minutes before anyone came by to check so we could ask for some. Empty cups were taken and when our newdrinks came, no straws. We got there when they opened so we were the only customers at the time. So I didn't mind so much that the other waitresses and... weight staff were sitting at a table playing on their phone. Our waitress was very attentive. But the food was all wrong. Howthey could get something so simple so messed up I Don't understand. I also decided to get a side order of their garlic greenbeans. They tasted nothing let garlic green beans. No garlic whatsoever and the beans were cold. I've gotten better food whenthey were busy. I got what they considered a peach lemonade. Tasted nothing like peach just regular lemonade. So I asked thebartender why it tasted like regular lemonade then she said I'll have to put more syrup in it. And she did and it tasted likeover sweetened lemonade nothing like peach. Please don't call it that if it doesn't taste like that. Can't be sure I'll go backto this one.
