Waited 3-4 minutes at the speaker. Cars were pulled up and couldn?t get to the window. 2-3 minutes later got to the window and... paid and got pulled up. 4-5 minutes later finally got my food. Never been through the drive through in less than 5 minutes atthis location. Read more
The girl at the drive thru never came to the speaker to take my order so I drove off. I stopped going to this location months... ago because they?re always slow, but the person riding with me wanted to stop there. Simpsonville has the best Arby?s aroundhere. Even if you have to wait at the drive thru, they?ll tell you that there?s a wait time and I always wait on them becausethey?re courteous to their customers. Drive-thru can only handle a single order at a time. They will always ask you to pull up so that you can wait longer while they... collect multiple orders to bring out and will just about br guaranteed to forget the sauce you asked for. This is not a reviewof a single visit, I've had the same experience multiple times. Granted it doesn't help when you have people going through thedrive thru with a list of food like they're trying to feed the a family of cows. Read more
The food was great and my order was correct. I downgrade to 4 stars due to the lack of staffing. There were only 2 people... working. Those girls need some help. They did their best and got us our food as quick as possible. Read more
