We came here 3 times during a 1 week trip. Everything was delicious but our favorites were the birria tacos, taquitos, nachos... and fried plantains. Califa?s is a family-owned and operated business. Loved supporting them and home to be in Greenville againso I can try even more items from their menu! Read more
My wife and I have eaten birria tacos all over Greenville and we finally found our home. John that works the counter is really... awesome and was great to chat with and hear how Califas started. We ordered 6 tacos which didn't think our kids would like andthey ended up eating 4 1/2 of them. We ordered another 6 and enjoyed our dinner very much! The meat was so tender that it justfell apart in your mouth and the birria dip was phenomenal. Seasoned to perfection we will definitely be making this place aregular stop to get our birria fix.
