Worst service and food quality. Pretty sure that food safety isn't a concern. The store was nasty and so was the food. The... quality of the pizza wasn't suited for a pet or any human consumption. I called to have the order replaced and Lauren who statedshe was the manager refused to make a fresh order for my family. My boyfriend and I work really late, and sometimes will have to place an order late at night. More than a handful of times I... have placed an order, the order is accepted, I watch it get to ?baking? on the tracker, and then they cancel the order after 15minutes. Even if they?re still open. I understand it is late at night, and if before or immediately after I place the order ittells me it can?t be made, that?s one thing. But to accept the order just to cancel it 15 minutes later after it says it?salready in the oven, especially when it says online you don?t close until 12, is absolutely unacceptable. I have to watch thetracker every minute my pizza is being made just to be sure it?s not getting cancelled. that?s ridiculous. Ordered at 11:53, checked tracking a quality check was done by Katherine at 12:11. It's now 1:06 NO PIZZA! I called the store to... figure out what's going on. No one answered the phone. Just recorded messages then someone hangs up. I called 3 more times samething. I called once more finally someone answers the phone "we're too busy to answer the phone, have a lovely day" hangs up.We spent over $100 on this order, where is our pizza?
