I am in a process to buy a new road bike (6K+) and this store is an authorized dealer for that specific brand. I've been at the... store a total of three times, trying to find availability details for this bike. I have talked to three different sales /service reps at the store starting three month ago. I have not received any useful feedback or reply's to my questions. Lasttime I was at the store, about 1.5 weeks ago, I've been told they have to find out how to contact the brand sales rep for the USin order to get availability details. Its either complete incompetence of the staff or the store is not interested to sell aspecific bike they don't have on the shop floor. After the last disappointing visit there I ended up calling a store in NC. Theyhave located the bike in the brands US warehouse while I was waiting on the phone. The bike will be delivered next week. This is a great shop. I am a mid 60's guy riding for cardio but these guys have a full aray of bikes for all high performers... or slow guys like me. Most importantly, their prices for service are very reasonable, and if it's not right they jump to fixit. No questions asked, and no foolery with pricing. They back their service! Read more

Absolutely great service, kindness and patience. Did not even know this store exist (hack, I'm probably unaware of 80% of the... stores around me), walked in for a small replacement screw (Woodruff Rd. location) and was treated with respect, patience,professionalism and on top of that they refused to accept compensation. For the Greenville location: I've been there twice and both times, I've ended up needing to get a correct part on Amazon as a... follow up to going there in person. The first time was to the fault of the mechanic, who cut a housing too short when told toleave extra and to cut generously long by both me and the storefront guy. The second time, the storefront guy said they hadsomething in stock for me to show up and realize it wasn't the same as the part on my bike. The storefront person lacked theknowledge to ask the correct questions over the phone to help guide me in the correct direction. The storefront guy wasfriendly and personable, otherwise I'd give this store a 1. I am struggling to find a respectable bike shop in Greenville. Read more
