Went here around 3 , we both got the medium portions and it was a good amount of food . I got jerk chicken , it was really good.... The sauce was very good. I didn?t like there was so much little bones in it but it?s chicken and they break so can?t complaintoo much. The tropical tea is also very good. If I could give ZERO stars I would. The incompetence of the people working there baffles me. I placed an order before they... opened to pickup an hr after they opened was rejected because they don't know how to work their computers. When I went in totalk to them about it, the dumb look I saw told me everything I needed to know. When a sale is pending and the merchant rejectsit, it goes straight back to the account. The bank was telling me that whoever is working in the restaurant doesn't know whatthey are doing for the transaction to be pending. This isn't the 1st time with an issue from this place. My mom ordered mepatties from this place and placed an order a week before she was going to pick them up. Nothing was completed. She had to waitalmost an hr to get the food, that the guy told me today takes 30 minutes to make and bake. I was spending over $160 at thisplace and there was ZERO effort to help me with their own mistake. What a shame. Read more
