Ordered through door dash, my husband went and picked up the food. When we got it home, everything was cold.. food presentation... was poor. Called and spoke to manager who was helpful and refunded part of my order. Guacamole was very bland, needed more salt,jalapeños and cilantro, less lime juice. Literally the rudest workers ever! I am in the service industry myself and the way they treat their customers is unacceptable. I... walk in a few minutes over 20 minutes before they close and a young man immediately shouts at me that they?re closed. Theyweren?t, and it was a to go order. As a server we are told to offer services even 10 minutes to close. If they want to close at8:30 they need to change the hours and fix the attitude. Read more

My queso had stuff in it that was dropped in it like onions, mushrooms, and other stuff that was unidentifiable. Moes quality... has gone down hill. It used to be cheaper than Chipotle but now moes is cheap on their portions and the bowls are now $1.50 morethan the burritos. Moes has a huge problem with their corporate offices because they have a rewards app that is completelyunusable. You can?t scan the barcode with your camera. That function has never worked the last 4 years I?ve used the app. Theapp then tells you to email moerewards then you get an email saying ?this mailbox is no longer monitored so you can?t get creditfor your points. I?ll be taking my business back to chipotle who now has cheaper prices and better quality and cleaner stores. Read more
