What an amazing place with amazing food! So retro and cool! It’s right on the Main Street in Greenville. Make sure you sit by... the window so that you can see all the excitement at night of the street with all the great places and shops! The Nose Dive isattached to a gorgeous hotel but you don’t have to stay there to go to the restaurant. My cousins took me there for mybirthday the food was fabulous a little expensive but so worth it and the drinks beyond fabulous I had a martini and it waswonderful! Completely recommend! It’s not just a fabulous place to eat, but the ambience inside and out makes it that muchbetter than just eating at a regular restaurant. Must try, you wont be disappointed! For our anniversary we wanted to try something new and decided to give Nose Dive a try. We dined outside, which was lovely. Lots... of mature trees around the restaurant created a cozy and inviting vibe. I have a lot of food sensitivities and have a prettylimited diet right now, but was able to find something I could eat - I was able to customize a dish. I ordered a salad withstrawberry and grilled chicken. My meat-loving husband husband ordered the Veggie Plate and is still raving about how good itwas, weeks later. Read more
????Appropriately named! I wanted to dive in nose-first!???? As an out-of-state visitor to Greenville, I had heard wonders... about Nose Dive, so it was the first dinner I ate in the area. I loved it so much, it became the only restaurant I returned tofor a second meal! (An aside: I still crave the food, which is a problem when you live several states away! If you live in thearea, know how blessed you are and take advantage of your proximity!) SOFT BAKED PRETZEL STICKS - The ultimate appetizer. Icould go to Nose Dive *just* to indulge on these. Soft, buttery pretzel bites, fresh from the oven, with a tray of creamy-spicypepper jack cheese fondue for dipping and dunking. I passed on the Lusty Monk Mustard (too hot for me), but me and my entiretable practically fought over who would get the last bite. CAULIFLOWER-TURMERIC HUMMUS – A great gluten-free option, thismight be the most pleasant hummus I've ever tasted. The variety of dipping options, including carrot sticks, cucumber wedges,and crispy tortillas allowed for a variety of taste-and-texture combinations. The vibrant-red, roasted tomato topping, blendingwith the warm spice of the turmeric, absolutely made it a party in my mouth. CRISPY SKIN SALMON -- I'm not gluten-intolerant,but this entrée makes a great option for those who are! The salmon arrives steamy-hot with a layer of crispy skin across thetop. Surrounded by a beautiful bouquet of color and texture, each fork-tender bite feels unique, catching a bit of spicychipotle cream here or a bit of creamy roasted mushroom puree there. Served on a bed of wild rice pilaf and green tomatosuccotash (including corn and edamame), the salmon comes topped with a garnish of microherbs for visual splendor. My first time here and I’m not sure why I haven’t visited sooner! Great location on Main Street, with plenty of seating on... the patio out front for those sunny days. The tables inside also enjoy the warm weather, as the windows are wide open, creatinga outdoor feel inside. The place was very busy on a midweek lunch, with most tables full. The food and service were both verygood, and the decor was modern and cool. A fun spot to grab a meal…I’ll be back! Read more
