I ordered a pizza tonight and the pizza arrived 90 minutes after ordering it. The pizza was cold. Here comes the horrific end to... the story. When I opened the box, a cockroach came scurrying out and ran under my oven. Needless to say, I will never orderanother pizza from the store on Howell Road. Gross! Read more

We recently moved and didn't have the energy to cook so we ordered delivery from here. We ordered a plain cheese with a stuffed... crust and a pepperoni with a stuffed crust and both pizzas came with pepperoni. No big deal, accidents happen! We call toreorder and explain that the cheese pizza was for a vegetarian and we needed just a plain stuffed crust cheese remade. When itshowed up, everything appeared fine, but small bits of meats had been sprinkled underneath the cheese. Ham, bacon, pepperoni,and sausage all torn into tiny little bits and strewn about hidden under the cheese. Totally unacceptable. We called back andused the press 5 to talk to a manager option, and no one ever picked up after 3 or 4 tries. We had to get in contact withcustomer support on their Twitter, and we were given a coupon for a free pizza but we needed to call it in by using option 5 tospeak to a manager at the location the issue happened at. Thankfully someone did awnser the first time we called this round.When we explained that we had a coupon for a free pizza they confirmed the order and gave us a delivery eta. We tried our luckwith just a plain cheese stuffed crust again. When this one showed up, SO MUCH MEAT had been hidden under the cheese again! We ordered 2 large specialty pizzas for pick-up. Pizzas were ready at time stated upon ordering. However, when we pulled up to... the window we waited a few minutes before being acknowledged. The order was correct but the amount of toppings on the thin crustpizza was almost excessive. This in return caused the base to be soggy. Read more

I was from out of town, and this location was the closest to my hotel. I ordered an XL Pepperoni pizza with bacon and extra... cheese. Side of sierra mist. We received a medium pepperoni pizza, and I called the store. The man cut me off and told me thathe had a delivery driver to send the correct pizza back. We waited two hours and they never came. We called at 11pm and thestore was closed but google said the hours were 12am close time. Very unprofessional and I am very upset because they took mymoney and lied to me. I have called corporate to file a complaint and someone needs to give me my 35.00 back . Read more
