Order pizza tonight at 7pm. my pizza didn't arrive until 8:50 and was COLD. I stay 7 mints away from this state park road Pizza... Hut. I call to find out where my pizza at they tell me door dash got it because they busy, but a lady with a Pizza Hut shirtshow up. I didn't no door dashers had Pizza Hut shirts. so I call back for a refund no one answer been on hold for 25 mints now.this is ridicules. I would never refer any one to order from here. Read more
Ordered pizza over the phone and was told it would be ready in 10-15 mins. Got here to pick u my order and it had been almost... 30 mins and it still wasn?t ready. The doors are locked at this location so you have to wait in a drive thru line only to betold they will bring it out. It?s been almost an hour now and we are still waiting. Make sure you tell people the accuratewait time and open the doors the pandemic is over!!! Trying to order a simple pizza has turned into an hour long ordeal!!! Ridiculous! At this point, to even get my money back I would have to wait in line again! Finally I get someone to come to thedoor and they lost my order that they told me they just had and when I asked for a refund they gave me some one else?s coldpizza and only refunded me the part of the order they couldn?t find. The Cherrydale pizza hut is a disappointment. I ordered 2 medium thin crust with hamb., mushroom & onion #2was pepperoni, thin.... Got home, burnt bottom wrong ingredients. The manager wanted to replace one for $15.00.,I repeated my order 3 times to make surethey got the order right. The manager should have replaced my order for free instead of trying to get me to purchase anotherone. Read more
My husband & I decided 2 give our neighborhood Pizza Hut a try last night. Outside the restaurant there was a large sign... stating ?Fresh Salad.? We are salad lovers! Before we sat down we looked at the salad bar. The main attraction (the lettuce)was NOT fresh! It was mostly brown & wilted! We asked our server if he could replace the lettuce. He said he?d check w/ themanager. He came back & told us the manager had already changed it earlier & wasn?t going 2 refresh it again. Needless 2 say,we didn?t order salads! We ordered the Large Pizza Deal. We tried 2 substitute the cheese sticks 4 more wings but we were toldno substitutions. We told him 2 keep the cheeses sticks. We waited quite awhile 2 get our meal.
