So I've been here now 5 times and every time I'm here the food is amazingly fresh and delicious. One thing to be cautious of is... they have a policy not reheating food so because of that they'll run out of items. But everything is always fresh which to me isworth it. Today I had the judge's platter and it was Wonderful. I was there on a business trip. Upon checking into my hotel room I asked "where can I get some good food?" The receptionist told... me to "go across the street they have the best BBQ in the world." I must say I've never heard that phrase before. So I gave it atry. I ordered the Judges Plate so that I could sample what they had to offer. Yes, it is the best in the world! I never knew I liked BBQ until I ate here! Now I eat here every week! The wings have an unbelievable dry rub, I just can't get... enough of. Turkey is not your average turkey, it is so juicy it's unreal. Brisket melts in your mouth. Pulled chicken hasamazing flavor. Fried pork tenderloin is HEAVENLY. Hand cut fries, "dessert like" sweet potato crunch will have you drooling,the creamiest mac n cheese and out of this world baked beans. Ribs that fall off the bone. Massive loaded nachos are a huge hit.The most delicious egg rolls... -that's right, I said "egg rolls" & you can't leave without getting them! Best bbq I've ever had! We shared the Judges Plate and the flavor was incredible! Everything was so tender, especially the... brisket. The sides were amazing! Collards, sweet potato crunch, S.O.B. beans, and the poblano corn brulee was unlike anythingI've ever had before!! So delicious!! Plus the friendliest staff!! First time here wonder menu selection friendly staff and great service spoke to owner very kind friendly. Brisket was moist... tender nice smoke ring on it was flavorful the jalapeno and cheddar smoked sausage was very delicious cornbread was moist notdry at all. The smoked stuffed jalapenos were the ???? highly recommend them! The potato casserole was so yummy and delicious???? I highly recommend this BBQ restaurant I will definitely be returning soon.
