An absolutely top tier dinning experience. There’s a lot that goes into running a good night of service in a restaurant and on... the night we ate at The Anchorage all cylinders were firing. We had a vegan tasting menu and were amazed by how much food wegot to sample. Our drinks were amazing, the service provided by our main waitress Anna was attentive without being too much, thefood runners knew what they were talking about and spoke with confidence. It’s difficult to explain the level of nuance andexecution an establishment has, it’s something that needs to be felt, and I’d urge you to go and feel it. Update 8/2/22: Went back again and still amazing. Still the best restaurant in Greenville. The prices have gone up some it's now... $18 to $22 a plate. Worth every penny. The best is doing a tasting, where you get to try most of the things on the menu. You'llbe surprised at how many things you'll like. That's at $70 a person and again, worth every penny. Their beer, wine, andcocktails are excellent as well. Wow. This place is amazing. I love trying new places, but this restaurant may have ruinedfuture explorations. I should add that it is indeed pricey on a per serving scale, but if you value quality and expertly craftedflavor combinations, it's worth it. The plates are small. Tapas style, if you will. ($12 to $17 for what you would consider 1/3or 1/2 a meal). You also won't find average fare. So if you don't like going outside your known comfort zone, this isn't theplace for you. Read more

We absolutely loved our meal here! We did the tasting menu at $70 per person, which is each plate on the menu! It was well... worth the price!
