This is the worst place. The attitude from some in there is just ridiculous! We always go to this one cuz it?s close to us. And... for the most part we catch the good people working. But like tonight I told her we want the 20 piece nugget bundle with fries.We would like them naked with sauce on the side the Hawaiian and ranch. How she gonna say do you want fries., what sauce,chicken wing sauce. I had to repeat my order 4x and she copping an attitude , we felt as our food would be messed up or spit inso we cancelled the order for safety reasons. Don't eat here at this location poor customer service I placed an order was given a 45 minute wait. I went to restaurant to pick... up order at given time no one acknowledged me or asked if I had an order the staff was not friendly matter of fact I heardseveral customer comments about placing online orders and given a 2 hour wait I called back into restaurant to inquire about myorder due to no one on register I asked about the status of my order the cashier was very rude verbalized " you don't have toget an attitude with me " I cancelled my order. The service was extremely unsatisfactory. This incident was preventable theirwas staff that was sitting in back of store. The store was unclean and in disarray. I received my meal late and it wasn?t what I ordered. Went back to the establishment to get my rightful order. Waited 45... additional minutes to still have soggy wings. Waited an additional 30 minutes get home and didn?t have the flats that I?d paidextra for. I once to ate here often. It?s now run by bums, kids, and ppl who do not believe in sanitation. This place has gonedown so bad within the last year. If a real manager sees this please reach out. Giving me a free meal isn?t an option as my timeis just as valuable.
