Ordered grilled chicken salad for lunch, I only had an hour. It took 35 minutes to get it and then they had drowned it in... dressing. Kitchen staff said they realized they had double dressed it but sent it out anyway. They offered to make a replacementwhich was fine but it had to be a "to go" order now. I was sorry on time. They brought the salad out, no chicken on it, toppingson the bottom. They just flipped another unfinished salad into a bowl and sent it on. I spoke with the manager, he was unkempt(clothes askew, unshaved, messy hair) and high. Asked me what he should do about it. He ended up comping my meal. Pleasant late afternoon lunch, we sat at the bar and visited with several locals while we had the endless boneless wings. The... bartender was very friendly and gave us good service. At $30 a person I'd expect much better service and food. My Perfect Margarita was so awful I left a 75% full shaker when I... left. Food took forever and was very basic, bland and cold.
