Great to see why you get through the line so quick, they just throw you a bag of cold hard frozen fries in a box of steak... fingers... Fries on order were cold and hard as a rock. Could of at least fried them first. I usually go-to the royse citylocation and get chicken dumplings. Asked at the Greenville location for chicken and dumplings and lady over the intercom in thedrive thru was rude about it. " We don't carry chicken an dumplings... If we did it would be on our menu... If it's not on themenu don't ask about it. " Was going to order a chicken fried steak sandwich on toast like the Royse city location had, butalso got the response not on the menu and can't be done... With the steak finger box the toast wasn't even toast, I just got aslice of bread... I guess with the recession and raising food prices you can't get hot food or toasted bread. Went inside to enjoy a meal with the family. We ordered waited for our food. When we got our food one of the kids meals was... wrong. My wife went tell them they messed it up and they basically took the food back ad gave us the same food. She asked forthe manager to let them know and the woman told her smile. The simple fact that the took my kids meal to the back where they ascooking someone else's food doesn't sit good with me. Not sanitary at all. Read more
Good service usually but, please please please train your employees on the difference between a misty freeze and a misty slush.... I order a misty freeze like twice a week and 9 times out of 10 I get a slushy. Then I have to send it back and I assume theypour out some of the slush and add ice cream and it totally throws of the blue raspberry flavor to ice cream and slush ratio.
