Ernie's has been feeding me since 72. I believe the current menu, staff, and quality of food is as good as it's ever been.

Flavor was great on the ribs but needed another hour or so in the smoker. Meat was tough, chewy, had to rip it off the bone vs... it just falling off. Hopefully just a one off but I expect better from pit bbq in Texas Read more
