Great customer service I go there 4 times a week
It's 10:00 pm and I count 5 people in the store and at least 4 cars in the parking lot and they locked the doors right in front... of me. A younger blonde lady that works here some times had a horrible attitude. Ignored customers even when they were asking... questions. Aggressively slamming everyones bags of product onto the counter. The worst part is her manager was right next toher and did not address her awful "customer service". I will never understand how someone can work a CUSTOMER SERVICE job andkeep their job. They run out of monster flavors after the 2nd or 3rd day after restock so you gotta get in there on one ofthose days if you want the flavor you would like. Every single week they run out. You would think they would order more sincethey are popular, but nah. Lastly, almost every time I have been here they have at least 2 or 3 employees working, but only oneof them will be ringing people in... even if there is a line to the door. I saw 1 of the managers let an employee ring in a bigline and waited until there were only 2 or 3 people to finally jump on a register. Read more
