I would give a star based on food but ice cream is ice cream. However, service is another thing. Waited 20 minutes in the... drive thru for 2 shakes and a sundae. Shakes were more milk than ice cream. Looking in the window, we saw all the teenagers onone side of the counter having a conversation with a bunch on the other side and nobody was making anything. When all of thewaiting spots were full, then they decided to get moving. Our 10 and 12 year old have a better work ethic than the teens inthis town. Is it the parents raising entitled kids, or do they just not want to do anything. I'd they want to stand around andtalk, they should let somebody else have their job and just stay home. Read more
I ordered a one scoop hot fudge Sundae with extra fudge and no whipped topping, plus a single scoop vanilla waffle cone in the... drive through. The waffle cone was fine, but I received a one scoop hot fudge sundae with nuts, a cherry, whipped cream and NOHOT FUDGE. My husband took the ice cream in and asked for hot fudge, but made the mistake of telling the young man that we hadordered it without whipped topping. He threw the cup away, gave me 1/2 a scoop of ice cream,, seriously, half a scoop, with aLITTLE hot fudge, nuts, and a cherry. All for $10.15. Kids need to learn, I understand that, but where is the adult supervisionat this establishment. I'm not angry, but very disappointed in the service, prices, and outcome of this visit. Read more
