OTB used to be my favorite. I would beg my family to bring me there but our last 2 experiences including tonight were less than... sub par. The chicken over cooked, my husbands salad was missing half of what was supposed to go on it. My Southwest chickentacos were dry and tasteless. I asked for extra sauce which means put the sauce on the tacos then give me extra on the side. Igot one small thing of sauce none on the tacos and the tacos were cold. We waited 14 minutes before even getting a waiter totake our order on a not busy night. We won?t be back until management fixes the problems. Unfriendly staff, low quality, overcooked, cold food - no thanks. Read more

The owners of this restaurant need to take their reviews into consideration. Multiple reviews show they are making their food... too spicy. The honey chitople shrimp tacos were so hot and spicy they were literally inedible. It was so awful! No honey tastein there at all. Read more

This restaurant has really improved since the last time we were there! We have not been to this restaurant in a very long time... due to the bad experience and food we had the past couple of times we were there. The food was very good this time. I was veryhappy with the chicken enchiladas and husband loved his chimichanga. We ordered off the lunch menu and the portions wereplentiful. The chips and salsa were very good, best chips we've had in a while anywhere, and the salsa was very good. We'll begoing on a regular basis again. Read more

It looked nice inside and we had great service from our Waitress Daisy. Greater with Smile and checked on us throughout the... meal. The Watermelon Margarita was only 6 bucks this month and tasted great!. The Fajitas had alot of food and actually camewith More then the three tortilla shells. Also came with Zucchini and Squash inside, which was different then most. Food wasAmerican and less Authentic buy was still good, hence the 4 stars. I would return. Read more

Drinks are good. Bar service is fantastic. Tortillas are amazing. Beef quality, however, is terrible. Meat is rubbery and... chewy. Drink here, definitely. Eat here. Maybe, if you don want a meat entree. Read more
