I ordered my meal online so naturally I paid with my debit card.. unfortunately I did not receive my full order.. the drinks... were missing. When I called them I was told they couldn't refund my debit card and said it wasn't allowed. I'm a littleconfused because my card has been refunded from this particular store before. Will never oder again. Have doordash delivering for them now (without using doordash app) and they don't carry the pizza warming... bags so your pizza is cold. I order from places like this because I don't like to use doordash. Read more
Took over 2 hours because they outsource their delivery to doordash. If I would've known I would've went elsewhere. Pizza was... cold by the time I finally got it and I also had to walk halfway across my neighborhood because despite my address being correctthey delivered to the wrong place . Pizza looked and felt horrible. Dry, crumbly, hard, and surprisingly expensive. Took it out to the car long enough to take this... picture, and to call my spouse to see if she wanted me to bring it home. Was super dissatisfied so went back in for a refund.Owner issued refund no issues. Whole process from ordering to refund was over an hour with a car full of hungry children. There were 7 pepperoni's and hardly any cheese on my pizza. Not happy at all. I tried calling but now they are closed. I will be... calling tomorrow to get a refund on my order.
