I went in intending to try the loaded street fries, which I did, and they were so delicious I attacked the menu. I believe my... favorite was the pork skewers. The meat was so tender and paired perfectly with the pineapple. I managed to save just enoughroom for their fun version of churros...warm, creamy inside, and delicious. Read more

I have followed Carreras when they used to be a food truck. I?m so happy they have a brick and mortar!! Their food is so... flavorful and incredible! I?ve tried their tacos, burritos, quesadillas, apps, and some of the seafood. You legit cannot gowrong. They also offer catering which we ordered for my parent?s 50th wedding anniversary and we constantly were asked where thecatering was from.
