Before dinner we went to the bar for some drinks. My mother was served a flat Diet Coke. When we told the bartender, she became... very defensive/ rude and said she just opened a new can and told my mom to order one from the restaurant side. My mom asked ifit could be expired, she said they go through soda quickly and that was not possible. Turns out the Diet Coke wasexpired. Dinner experience was great. 5 star experience as expected. Small batch oysters were briny and perfect size, shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were huge and... cooked to perfection. While visiting in Denver, myself, my significant other, my friend and her husband chose to dine at Eddie V's last evening. We... reserved out table by phone. When we arrived we were kindly greeted by the hostess. All of the service staff was professionaland impeccably dressed. Our server Ryan was absolutely REMARKABLE! He was very personable and very knowledgeable about the menu.Our meals were AMAZING! I highly recommend the warm goat cheese salad and the calamari! The head chef that evening (4/1/2022),personally came out to our table to say hello. He provided us all with a sample of an amazing hoursdeurve! A long stemmed rosewas given to myself and my friend! What a nice surprise! Gabrielle the service manager came to our table to greet us and makesure that our service was acceptable. This is my new favorite steakhouse in Colorado. We had a huge group with kids here and the food was great, but the service was... impeccable! I recommend you start with a seafood tower, then the lobster bisque, then a beautiful steak, and finish with theiramazing table side presentation of bananas foster.
