Been here twice now at around mid morning and both times the toasted bagel I ordered was like biting into leather...pretty sure... they are recycling 1-2 day bagels in the bins....I get a bagel someplace 3-4 times week and never had this experience in otherDenver bagels shops. Read more

Beware! Placed large order online and had a call from the manager saying that they could not fulfil the order as they didn't... have the ingredients. Order was charged to American Express. They could not reverse the charge as they use DoorDash for theirorder system. I was told that they charge would automatically be reversed by DoorDash as it was not fulfilled. It was not. Itshowed up on our credit card statement. DoorDash will not refund after 3 days. Will not refund for an order that was neverfulfilled.
