Three strikes and Ralphie's is out. Most recently -- waiting 45 min beyond the estimated delivery time, then the girl who... answers my call blames me for booking online. "I didn't book through the right site" she say.... No attempt to retain acustomer, no thought as to why someone would be pissed when their family is waiting almost 2hrs for pizza. I've given Ralphie'splenty of chances, although Parry's delivers now and they don't blame me for being a customer. If you want a reliable pizzaexperience, look elsewhere. Read more

If I could give my experience zero stars I would. I ordered pizza online and the email stated it would take between 30-45... minutes to arrive (we live maybe a mile from the restaurant). My husband called after an hour of waiting to see where the pizzawas. He was told it would take an additional 20 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. When he questioned the woman on the phoneas to why, she had attitude and showed little regard for the fact that we would be waiting for a pizza for an hour and a half.She then proceeded to hang up on him after he asked for a refund. He had to call the restaurant back to demand a refund. This isno way to run a business. If you mess up, at least try and make it right. We will never be ordering from Ralphie's again. Read more
