Absolutely delicious food, tasty appetizers, incredible sushi and entrees. The mini cheesecake rolls for desert were incredible.... Our server Ming was attentive, quick, and gave a great rundown of all dinner and dessert options. The owner Dan came and checkedon everyone from time to time giving it a very personal feel. Rice Bistro is one of my favorite sushi spots in Denver, one which I’ve been going to for almost 15 years. From their... fantastic lunch specials to their large selection of sushi and Chinese food, they provide quality food at a reasonable price. Asgood as their main menu is, I always end up with mostly sushi. The fish is always fresh, the staff is always polite andattentive, and the owner Dan makes sure everyone is satisfied (and full).
