I drive past this place two times a day taking my children to school. I was really hoping this would be my new spot for açai... bowls. The bowls do taste very good. However, the service I received was probably the worst service I?ve had in a long longtime. The girl at the counter, Sarah, was on her personal phone while helping a customer in front of me, clearly this customerwas surprised with the bad service and it took forever to get her food. Then when it was my turn she was on the phone discussingpurchases of some sort with one of her friends and ignored me for a while. Then when she was serving us she was very rude anddid not get off her phone. She was dropping a lot of stuff outside of my bowl and was throwing things together in adisrespectful way. I was holding my newborn and asked if she could please make my bowl? I received a long angry stare. Anyonecan have a bad day and I really hope this was her bad day and she normally is not like this. But when I asked her if she wouldmind taking a little more care with my food she basically yelled at me. Too bad for me and the company, I was hoping to be aregular patron. Read more
