If I could this restaurant no stars I would . I am not usually the one to complain but I believe I was overcharged. The drive... thru screen isn?t working and I ordered two 6 piece tender meals and my total was $30.01. I get home and it?s only 4 tenders inthe box and the food was cold. ????????I live only 5 minutes from the restaurant. I am not sure what kind of shady business isgoing on but it should be investigated. Read more

Rude employees, slow service, out of food constantly. Out of what I order every time. Employees act like you are causing them a... hardship by attempting to eat here, and they screw up every order. No management in sight. Be prepared to wait 20 minutes in thedrive through with one car ahead of you. Last order the chicken was overdone and dry like it sat under a heat lamp during primetime. The pieces of chicken are half the size of kfc. I went there a month ago for lunch on a weekday and the place was closedwith a big for sale sign out front but I see people leaving reviews since then... no idea what's going on with this place.Eating here is a gamble and the odds are against you. Very very very disappointed in this location . I went to visit on 10/4 and went through the drive through. It was a sign up that... said they aren?t taking cards but they were taking cards on the inside. Which didn?t make sense because they could?ve rung me upat the counter card machine. I got out of the drive through and went inside (mind you, no one was in the drive through at thistime). I stood in line behind one person for 20 minutes. When the girl with the extra long baby hair plastered to her foreheadtook the persons order that was in front of me, she decided to walk off and chat with her coworkers as if I wasn?t in line. Istood at the counter for another 15-20 min watching her chatting away then I couldn?t take it anymore. I asked her to take myorder and she started making excuses about bagging food. There was no one in line but me and no cars in the drive through. Itwas during a slow time at the restaurant and she couldn?t even keep up with the one or two people in the store. She got anattitude but she took my order. When I turned my back to get my drink, she threw my bag of food on the counter. The box wasripped and all. This store is ran by a bunch of ghetto teenagers that does not care about quality. I understand that it?s hardto hire good workers nowadays but come on now. At least have a manager onsite for issues and concerns. I was scared to eat myfood so I threw it away and paid $15.00 for a 3pc platter. What a complete waste of money and my time. I pray that this storeimproves and hopefully the cashiers receive better customer service training. Read more

It says open until 10PM. Today we ordered through uber and they were closed this is the about the fifth time they have closed... before the closing time. Don?t be on uber waisting peoples time and money if your going to make your own hours and closewhenever you feel like it. Also they don?t give you the option of ordering mashed potatoes without their nasty gravy anymore.Ive never heard off such a thing. This place sucks! Read more

Every single time we have been to this location since they opened they have been out of something. No kidding. It's been... pickles or mayo or tomatoes and now they're out of seafood AND fries. The one in GA was recently out of fish. Then they forgotto give us our water we ordered.. Please Popeyes get it together. Read more
