Garbage. Employees sit outside arguing on the phone with losers while a very slow moving, and huge line is wrapping around... building. Smells like marijuana is coming from her general direction. Read more

Food was very fresh but they did kinda take forever only to make Crunchwrap Supreme that had pretty much no beef in it at all.... Friend ordered at the same time and theirs was the same Also it seems almost every time I come here they have problems and asign on the drive-through saying that they're out of something or they're only accepting cash payments or something along thoselines. Wayyy to slow service. Sat in the parking lot in drive-thru line for 30 minutes and still haven't hade it up to place my order.... Place needs to get their game up or make my food free I don't have an hour to wait for some fast food. Because sure enough itain't fast. Probably could have gone out to eat and got home by the time it takes to get up to their drive-thru window. This isbad. Read more

This Taco Bell is a joke and a half. Every time I go, the drive-thru line is long and it takes forever to get through it.... Tonight really takes the cake, though. Knowing the drive-thru line is absurd, I placed my order to pick up in the store. I got anotification saying it was ready, so I try to go inside at exactly 7:10 PM. The door was locked, and an employee was standingoutside smoking. She said, "We're closed inside. We close at 8." It's 7:10!!! I inform her that it is not yet 8, and she didn'teven respond. So I go to sit in the drive-thru line which is now literally wrapped around the building and moving at slower thana snail's pace. Clearly they are struggling inside, so why is one employee smoking outside and I can see another one insidesitting at a table playing on her phone?? After all was said and done, it took me over 30 minutes to get my food. And when I didget it, it was cold and I didn't have everything I ordered. Never Again. Definitely not fast food. Service is always slow andemployees are rude and disinterested. (With the exception of the girl at the window tonight - she was very sweet and seemedrelatively capable.) Additionally, I don't understand why you're able to place an order online if you still have to sit throughthat ridiculous drive-thru line. It is in no way any more convenient to order online. I also don't like how there are menu itemsthat you can only order on the app and if you try to order them at the drive-thru, they tell you they can't make it unless youorder it in the app. ?????
