After coming in well over 100 times over the years and having great quality, went in today and the steamed veggies were half... cooked (raw), the sautéed veggies were 1/2 cooked (raw) and the chicken serving was smaller even though the prices weren't. Read more

This is our favourite location. We eat here almost weekly for lunch and dinner. We also buy their green sauce in bulk whenever... we can lol I mean we literally put that green sauce on everything. Read more

We ordered a family meal for 4 which explicitly states it comes with 4 large sides on their menu. We've been coming here almost... once a week for years so I know what the meal is supposed to look like. Upon checking our order I discovered that we were givensmall sides (see the attached picture - this is NOT the size/amount that we've always gotten). I walk back in thinking they werebusy and maybe there had been a mistake. The owner instantly had an attitude as if it was crazy that I'd ask if this was thesize I was supposed to get. After a bit of back and forth, he explained to me that I "got 2 fried things"(fries and yuca) as ifthat's ever mattered? My fresco order was ALSO small and that's not fried so I'm not sure what the reasoning behind that was,but I didn't bring it up because my wife and I are the only ones in the family who eat it. Eventually, the owner told hisemployee to just give it to us as if he were doing us a favor and walked off. I don't know if they are struggling to find helpand so the owner is now there more and trying to find ways to cut costs or something (the fresco mix no longer and hasn't forawhile had tomatoes in it) but dude either change your menu or raise your prices but don't not give folks what they believe theyare paying for. Certainly no need to be rude when questioned about it, either way. Food is usually pretty good which is why Istill gave em 2 stars but I can't see myself going back to this location. Read more

I have been going to this location for some time now. The manager Julie is great. Today when I ordered my lunch to go I got a... large bowl with veggies on the side and plantains. Total $21.00. When going to eat my lunch the bowl was still steaming whilethe vegetables were ice cold. No exaggeration, like they came out of a refrigerator. Naturally, I called to inform the staffthat something was wrong and to ask why they served me refrigerated food cold, that should have been served at a safe hottemperature. The staff didn't have a manager so the employee who took my call was Alex, he said. Alex said that he would checkthe veggies and that was all. No apology, and no answer as to why the food was served ice cold. When I asked for Julie, he saidthat she didn't work there anymore and that her mother didn't own the restaurant. This confused me, so I asked is that all thatyou have in response to serving dangerously undercooked food that could get a person sick. His response was that "how does heknow that the food was cold, since I already left with the order" . To me this was a slap in the face. Not only was I serveddangerously undercooked food, now he was calling me a liar. The only reason I called was to make sure they didn't serve anotherperson dangerous food, and I was being treated like a scammer that was trying to get a freebie. The old management of thislocation would never have treated a customer like that, and would have rectified the situation. In finishing, if you want rudeemployees, and dangerously undercooked food, this is the place for you. I have contacted health department and made a complaint. Read more

It?s a good place. I went there for lunch and it was a really busy time, but the guys could manage to get a good food without... waiting to much. They have a lot of space if you want to dine in and the prices are in a good affordable range. Read more
