I ordered pizza on Sunday, they said 10-15 min wait? when I arrive 20 min later they said 10 more min? it took them another dam... hour to make my 2 pizzas and they weren?t even busy?. Customer service is horrible I don?t even know how they r still open ?..the dominos on division and 181st at least have great customer service and make pizza on time. What I would suggest is spendcouple more dollars and get Pizza Hut.. Read more
Repeatedly slow delivery and poor quality food. You can tell it sat under a heat lamp for at least an hour of the hour and a... half it took to deliver. Soggy. Last time literally 2 hours to deliver and it was cold. I live 0.8 miles away. No excuse. Read more
Really bad pizza. I ordered a medium 12" pizza that was cut into 16 pieces. There was a total of 12 pieces of ham which were... quarter pieces. 4 pieces of pizza had no ham. There were 8 tiny pieces of pineapple that were placed on only 3 pieces of pizza.The cheese dipping sauce for bread sticks was so thick and dry I couldn't dip the bread. Ordered a pizza, 40 mins delivery time fine, 50 mins later call and be told yours is next to go in the oven. Question the delay... and be told what do you expect me to do about it. Totally rude..terrible staff service. Cancelled order and will use pizza hutin future. The driver then turns up with our food TEN mins after the phone call so someone is blatantly telling lies. Update 10/29/22 Obviously Halloween weekend so they were decently busy. Randomly dropped in for a salad a cheesy bread. They had... chip reader issues but still got my stuff in about 15 mins so not too long of a wait last minute. Cheesy bread was good, servicegood too. Hands down the best dominos around. First time ordering from here after countless disappointment from other Dominos.I was nervous. But everything turned out so good. The 5 cheese dip and bread is really good. I'll probably regret all the cheeselater but omg it's almost like a fondue in my opinion. My hand tossed was the perfect thickness, and they did actually put lightsauce on the thin crust.
