We come to Gretna by family and it's within walking distance. My husband and I sat outside because the energy was totally off... from what we're used too. The two girls that were in there were rude. No greeting at all just do yall have an I.D. no type ofwelcome. Like the other crew gave us. I attempted to open the door and the door was locked at 10:48 and they had a friendsitting in there but asked me what i wanted. I said a daiquiri then I asked what time do yall close? She said 11. People werecoming to the door and they were just looking at them. In my opinion some customer service training is definitely needed. Thiscompany is going to lose customers and money with this crew. Would be surprised if they're shut down by our next visit. Read more
Rude individual. Sat in car for a while wonder what?s taking so long and she just waiting for a ID instead of just asking. Then... when asked the price the tone was very rude when provided information. Also asked which drink was which and got no response andwindow closed in face. I do not recommend. Read more
