Ordered a delivery at 12:03 and received it at 12:53. I think they need to do away with the ?freaky fast? promo. Not only... that, but I ordered a Slim #1 and add turkey (which was an additional $2). I got through half my sandwich and realized thatthey forgot to ADD THE TURKEY! Very expensive too! Chips and sandwich cost me over $15! Read more

I'm a regular customer at Jimmy John's Gretna and they never disappoint. Today, however, a group of teens sought brief refuge... from a man who they claimed to have targeted one of the teens racially. The man, who appeared white, drove up to the store andthe teens continued to evade him: some hid in the restroom while the remainder ran out the back door. The man opened the door toask the staff and I who the teens were with. We answered "no" as we were still processing it all and he drove away. Once he wasleaving the parking lot, the manager calmly knocked on the restroom door and informed them the man is gone. Two of the teensreturned and one of them calmly asked to speak with the manager before recounting what happened prior: the man called him then-word while he was out with his cousin and friends, the teen adding he was multiracial. Upon telling his friends, they gave theman the middle finger. The manager asked them if they contacted their families to be picked up. I commend the manager for hiscomposure and protecting the teens from the man (who knows what he could've done to them if he caught them?). Black livesmatter. Read more
