I drove through this morning and got 3 blenders and a coffee. There was no flavor coffee today which was disappointing, but not... a big deal. Got the three blenders and After I drove off, I grabbed my blender to take a drink and the lid came flying off anddumped 2/3 of a large blender all over my car and myself. The lid hadn?t been sealed when they handed the cup to me. When Icalled to let them know they need to make sure the lids are sealed and what had happened, all I got was ?I?ll let my staffknow.? Not like I was trying to fish for a free drink offer, but when I spend $6 on a blended coffee that Majority of it is allover my car creating a sticky mess and going into places I can?t even reach, I would have expected them to invite me back to geta replacement. Poor customer service and a very flippant response to a clearly upset customer. Read more
Fast, friendly and helpful service and staff. Clean outside through drive through. I counted this as a 1st visit as it was at... this location. I'm a traveler, and haven't been to a scooters in over 2 years. Lovely menu changes. I was quite pleased andwill definitely be back to this location. Kudos and big thanks ???? Read more
