If I could give a negative star review I would. Tried to order thru the drive thru at 840pm with NO ONE on line and we were... told to wait. They came back to take our order Bout 3 minutes later and were extremely RUDE. We started our order, ordering 2 8piece nuggets and then they said they didn't have any nuggets. They tried to order hamburgers and they were out of burgers. Andthen proceeded to tell us to have exact change or don't order. We will never be back, I know my business being lost won't hurtthis establishment but maybe it will ALERT their manager, owner or their corporate office to retrain their pathetic and rudestaff they currently have in place. I didn't get the associates name (she has long braids) but she made up for my order that was incorrectly made by the kitchen. I... ordered 2 Impossible King meals with no cheese and there was cheese on both of my burgers. She asked me to pull to the side andshe would bring it out to me because they were cooking it fresh again. She came out with my burgers correctly made and a bag offresh new fries. I asked her why she gave me new fries and she told me she didn't want me to have to eat my meal with coldfries. That was the first time an associate was that thoughtful when an order was made incorrectlyin my fast food historyexperience. She exceeded customer service. Burgers were cold but the fries were fresh. It seemed to be a issue with the staff. One employee was off the clock but deemed it... necessary to annonoy the manager and cashier reporting to duty. We won't be back no time soon Read more
They were out of everything that I tried to order. I ordered the new southwest with avocado they were out. So I ordered... something else which was good called the rodeo Burger I was pleased with it. But the drinks I drank out of two of them I chosethey were out of and ended up drinking something I didn't really want which was lemonade but turned out to taste okay. Read more

11/13/22 I placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru. There were 3 cars in line when I got there and it moved... pretty slow. I ordered 4 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries. I had to wait a minute for the fries to cook so theywere hot and fresh, perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside with just the right amount of salt. I couldn't stopsnacking on them on the ride home. When I got home and opened the chicken sandwiches I was severely disappointed. They werecompletely the opposite from the fries. The chicken and the bread was a soggy mess, nothing fresh about them. They were barelyeven edible. If it wasn't for the fact that I didn't feel like driving all the way back to the store and I hadn't eaten all daythen I would have just thrown them out.
