I went in here and said hello to everyone with not one employee bothering to greet me back or at least assist me. I understand... today being a busy day with the BOGO special, but at the very least greeting a buying customer and telling them something alongthe lines of "Hold on just a moment" would've sufficed. I too work in food service and I of course understand how busy anestablishment can be but looking up and greeting everyone else except me was just downright rude. I'm not one to pull the racecard but it's important to note I was the only black customer in the store with a store full of white ones. This place usuallyhas great, cheery, customer service, but I think from now on I will take my business elsewhere. Read more
