Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Rude customer service. The place was dirty. Ordered an 8pc wing dinner and a 16pc bucket for a... total of $65. Said it would be a 25 minute wait. Asked how much longer it would be and the employee huffed and puffed into theback. Ended up waiting for over an hour with no apologies for our wait. This isn?t broasted chicken. Terrible!!!! I was the first customer at 11am, they greet me as if why am I?m here, disturbing them so early. Once I order, I... waited 20min. And was served Refried potatoes, they was all dark brown the tender?s I ordered, was warm by the Refried Potatoes.I complain and he suggested it be another 20 min. For fresh chicken tenders, as I waited I ask to purchase a bottle of Bar B Qsauce. He got an attitude, as if I was disturbing his day. I just said man give me a refund and I left.
