Selecting 1 star truly only because it's required. I have been to this location a few times and had relatively average... experiences. However, today my experience was extremely frustrating to say the least. I arrived at the store pumped up andexcited for a smoothie at 5:50, to discover that the store had decided to close early. I knocked on the door and waived topeople inside to have employees look at me and then continue talking to each other as if I was invisible. I witnessed 4 othercustomers come up to the door shortly after me to suffer the same fate. I left disappointed and feeling disrespected. Iunderstand wanting to close early, even cleaning up after a long day so you can get home quickly after your shift, but when youhave customers literally outside trying to patron your business during your scheduled and publicized business hours, it would becourteous (albeit appropriate) to open the door.
