My go-to spot for Thai cuisine anywhere in Connecticut. I have never had a bad experience. The chefs are consistent, and are... accommodating to special requests. The low lit dining area is quite nice for dine in. You will also have a great experiencewith take out. I highly recommend this restaurant. Read more

My boyfriend and I have been regulars, ordering a few times a month for the past 4+ years (for me since I was in high school in... 2012) at most of the locations (Thai Sawasdee, pink basil, samurai noodle). I always loved Thai Sawasdee as the main place toorder from since it?s the closest and it was the first location I tried. I didn?t think anything of it when I found the googlelisting to place an online order and saw reviews about the diminished food quality. I thought it was just irrelevant since Ihave ordered from there for so long. Well, I was wrong. Tonight I placed an online order for Four Seasons with extra chickenand Red curry with extra chicken. I think something important to note for the review is that for online ordering my curry camewith a free choice of chicken, but I ordered extra for the add on price, but the Four Seasons actually charges you an extra $1for the chicken just as a regular option, and then an extra $3 for the add on. We selected both so it was clear there should bemore chicken. When we opened the food bag we immediately saw that one of the rice containers was MIA from the bag. The secondthing we noticed was the size difference in the To Go containers. My curry was huge, and the portion of chicken for the fourseasons wasn?t even half the portion size. The sauce was also an actual soupy broth, not the creamier peanut sauce we had knownfor years. My significant other brought the meal to the restaurant, and the waitress was very nice about the situation, sheunderstood and he could actually hear her mention it isn?t supposed to be a soup to the chefs in the back. When the meal cameback, the soupy broth was then a sauce, but it was a very scant amount. The other main thing that he noted and asked again aboutwas the amount of chicken. The meal was returned such a small portion it looked like it was a lunch special, and the portiondifference of chicken compared to the curry made -no sense-. The waitress said that the chicken am Read more

Ordered via GrubHub and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. The drunken noodles and pad thai were both... done perfectly. My boyfriend had the tofu in his noodles and that was crispy and flavorful. Would definitely recommend thisplace. Read more

As a long-time customer, I am deeply saddened that the quality of service has dropped in recent months. The staff refuses to... honor lunch prices during lunch hours. During dinner hours, prices on menu and prices charged are different. After years ofloyal patronage, the lack of reciprocity leaves us feeling bitter. Hopefully the other local Thai restaurants will appreciateour business more. We called in to order before 3:00 pm, but the kitchen staff had already decided lunch was over. Read more
