I just wish they would have understood my order a little better, they didn't put my green peppers I paid for on my sub plus I... had to tell them to take my banana peppers off the sub and cook them and put back on my sub! Thought the green peppers was underthe melted cheese but it wasn't but I was already home and was ready to eat! I didn't call up there and tell them but next timeI'll make sure I watch them make my sub so all my stuff gets put on it! I also wish they carry A-1 sauce @ this location, wentto Polaris Mall over then weekend and got the same sub and that location had A-1? Been to other locations before where they had great food. This location is very disappointing to be kind. I ordered a large fry,... opened the box to find 6 fries with no salt. Wouldn't have complained but both the chicken subs were inedible, dry, noseasoning, ordered xtra mayo, got like a microscopic amount, no extra mushrooms. Went to get some, and they were just gross, andcold. Ordered online but you can't pick the time, all the orders are on a shelf instead of somewhere warm. The staff was nicebut said they'd have to call the district manager to refund an online order and it took a long time to get it dealt with. Read more

Solid place to get a good (chain) philly cheese steak. I'd come here for the cheese steak, before other places nearby. The staff... is always friendly, and helpful. Here's why I won't come back for awhile, it's good food, but each bite reminds me howoverpriced this meal is, for 2 you might spend about $30-40. At this price you can have a decent meal at a sit down restaurant.I really miss the fries season salt they no longer have too.
