First time in Columbus, Ohio. Super nice girl took my order at 10:37am. There are 12 people working behind the counter. 11:14... I ask the nice girl if perhaps my order got skipped. Checked twice to see if a drink was mine but the drink runners said no. Lots of folks just standing around, looked like they were having fun, eating, sprinkles all over:).
