The customer service was so good here I had my daughter, who was looking for a job, apply.
Very poor customer service. Came into the store to purchase the $79.00 meal I was unable to get it do to they were out of the... quarter size hams I asked the girl if I purchased a larger ham for $89.00 could we still get the sides that came with the $79meal she without hesitation said "No" she didn't even try to compromise or apologize for the inconvenience. I politely walkedout called another store and I'm on my way to get my Sunday dinner. So much for good customer service. I won't be back! Read more

Purchased a $60.00 bone in ham Thanksgiving Eve, was very very dry. Returned it the day after Thanksgiving. The mgr. on duty was... very unconcerned, unsympathetic, unapologetic and down right stoic. We had been to the String town location on various occasionsand NEVER experienced anything of the sort. I stated to her that we would like to purchase another ham, it didn't seem to matterto her either way, after returning my money she walked away from the register without a apology or thought.
