Food was typical food. Every time we go, which is not often, there is always a huge wait for seemingly no reason. Today it took... them 15 minutes to make 2 coffees in the drive thru. The person taking our order was nice the manager literally closed thewindow and said nothing about our extended wait. If you are wanting g something fast do NOT go here. Read more
Manager Carla is rude as can be. Argued with me about taking 2 different orders when I come there every day every morning and do... it. She got an attitude with me right away and then continued to argue with me and told me to leave. Horrible horriblemanagement you do not argue or cop attitudes with customers especially loyal customers that come everyday. Only person the drive thru and have to wait 15 mins for two coffees. They hand them out and I ask which is which. He looks... puzzled and asks for my order. I told him and he took them back to remake them. Finally get them .. one large coffee one creamand one sugar then one large coffee with three cream. When you have more one star reviews than you do, five star reviews, something has to change, !!!! I waited in a line of only 2... people in the store while the drive thru served 21 cars as I counted waiting! I asked if someone could help us. I had an onlineorder of just coffee. The women in the picture ?Carla? ?Carlie? told us in-line ?we are busy in the drive thru, we will get toyou when we can, if you don?t like it you can go somewhere else?. The man in the picture called me ?pathetic? and kept laughingshaking his head at me. The woman making food (supposedly acting like a manager, said ?you can fill out an application?! Nowsomeone tell me, Is this is now how customer service is to treat paying customers?
