It made me remember why I don't order food. The burger was awful, my dog would not even eat it.
I ordered 2 kids 6 pieces nuggets and 10 piece nugget meal and a Mac chicken sandwich. Well they messed up and gave me a bun... that had ketchup on it????. All they did was remove the ketchup and added mayo, lettuce, chicken patty???????. In picture #1 isthe bottom bun. In picture #2 is the top bun with ketchup as yall can see it looks a let red. My 8 year old Autistic son and I went to the store to get a cheeseburger and had to wait over 10 minutes for one burger. My son... was stemming and jumping up and down out of excitement. When a Spanish girl came out of the back with my son's burger, she sawhim accidentally past the counter and she started yelling at him to move back and that he couldn't be past the line of thecounter. I couldn't believe the audacity of this girl who acted like a rebellious teenager. My son is non-verbal and cannotspeak, let alone understand why she was yelling at him. When I tried to call for the manager, this girl acted like she was themanager. This is unacceptable behavior if this is a manager and these kids need to learn some respect and that children shouldnever be spoken to that way. No one should be yelled at like that. To wait for a long time for a measly burger, then get my sonyelled at for something miniscule is absolutely absurd and has no place in this quit town. Shame on her and shame on McDonald'sfor hiring such a person. Read more
