I... reached a real, knowledgeable person on the phone, who patiently answered all my questions. I was able to place a order for adelicious dinner from Madonna Inn?s Steakhouse. Then, the restaurant had a small supply issue and called me on the delivery dayto suggest a substitution. Another wonderful team member of Cafe Runner texted me about the issue and extended their apologiesfor the issue. Seriously? A real person, proactively notifying me about an issue with the order? Our first experience with Cafe Runner, and what a pleasure! Navigated easily through the menu to order a lovely Italian dinner... from Rosa's Restaurant in Pismo Beach. We needed it delivered to our motorhome in an RV park, so wasn't sure if that wouldpresent a problem. We were sitting outside when your friendly driver pulled up with a big smile and warm greeting. He was verygracious in bringing us the bags with our dinners and wishing us a good evening. What a wonderful way to start our dinner!
