I am here editing this previously positive review because twice now at this location I have gotten a CARAMEL ribbon CRUNCH and... received neither caramel nor crunch. I included a photo of today's coffee. I've ordered, not exaggerating, over 1,000 of thesedrinks across 5 states and dozens of locations. It continually blows my mind how often asking for no whip cream makes thebaristas forget allll about the caramel and crunch in a CARAMEL ribbon CRUNCH. You would think selling a 1 dollar coffee for 8dollars would make y'all make sure that every coffee was correct and consistent but I guess not. Read more
This is why I don?t support Starbucks Corporate self. I don?t care for their coffees but I like their Dragonfruit drinks. I... wanted to try the new Paradise cold drink. I ordered without ice since the ice waters down the drink too much leaving it withhardly any flavor. I ordered a grande and tell me why a billion dollar company comes out with my drink half full taking about?we were told to fill it up this much when people ask for no ice.? ???????? Service is very slow! Drinks are not on point for the price you pay and what we're accustomed to. And very very dirty. They need... to clean the windows on the doors, floors and clean all is the the counter tops. Especially where you pick up your order!!! Andd I've seen it like that both times I went. Wow! NEW location and service Already horrible! They are Always out of products! Still have items displayed on the menu they no... longer have (just seasonal) and unpleasant customer service. I also don't appreciate not getting receipts for my transactions. Nobody speaks, smiles or Thank you! I'll just go back to getting my Frappes' from McDonalds. Read more
