i had a very long day yesterday. all i wanted was a hot cup of onion soup for dinner. so i ordered that and a salad. well guess... what. my soup did not come. i called yhe restaurant hoping they would have someone resend soup to my house but no. the managerwas unable to come to the phone because i was told she was too busy taking orders... ok but what about my order too?? the best igot was my name in some i.o.u book for a free soup. if i had asked for a refund she said it would take days. free soup. whichisnt even free because i paid for it. so, way to go panera! so now, i also ordered the take chicken sandwich, which i had toeat cuz ya know. no soup, and this morning and all day today my stomach is toreee up. my fiance also ordered a sandwhich and 30min later he was in the bathroom. still feeling the effects today. im not sure what happened here but panera used to be one ofmy fav places. now im afraid to ever order again. Have eaten here often as it is close to office for lunch and on my way in to work. My last two trips have been poor experiences... from a service perspective. First time I ordered a Baja bowl with chicken and the rice was ice cold. When I took it up theyassured me it was correct and tried to explain to me why the bowl was still cold on the bottom. After a couple of more bites Ifound it inedible and took it up again and after some discussion it was finally re-made but not even a simple ?We are sorryabout that?. This morning the person in front of me was told his incorrect order was right based on the ticket even though itwasn?t what the customer ordered. Then for my order, even though I was able to order decaf I was told they had no decaf in therestaurant (supply chain, I get it, but again no sorry for the confusion or inconvenience), and then to top it off the applethat I ordered as a side and paid for wasn?t in the bag when I got to work. This location is on a consistent decline. I don?t even know where to start. Today, I ordered the steak and cheese. There was so... much horseradish sauce and pickled onions my nose burned and eyes watered when I bit into it. On another occasion , I pulled towindow to order because I couldn?t hear at the order box due to construction. The cashier was rude an extremely nasty to me.Espresso machine is always broken. Once I ordered a bagel pack for work, they packed every single bagel in a paper bag. Why do Ineed bagels for a group in a bunch of paper bags? How will they see what to grab? I?m sure the sales reports for this locationshow their subpar service and performance. They?ll close if this keeps up. They only service they do get is due to location I?msure. Read more

I went here with my grandma today and the lady taking our order was practically whispering to take our order. i couldnt hear her... at all it sounded as if the speaker box was broken. i went to the window to just nicely be like hey your speaker doesnt seem tobe loud enough and it was hard to understand her. she literally looked me dead in the face and said ?yeah well no one else hashad a complaint all day? and she looked to be my age or older. (im 18). honestly. she should be embarrassed i?d never do that atmy job and then they proceeded to forget out chips. the olives we specifically asked for on the mediterranean bowl and an extradressing not to mention my salad looked older than me.
