In all my years I have never had a worse dining experience. Food took over an hour, drinks took 15 minutes. When food did... arrive burger was raw and not edible. Steak sandwich was cold and chewy. They didn’t bring my side. Was promised the managerwould come out and speak to us. She never spoke to us. Absolutely the worst experience and will never be back. Spoke to severalother customers at the time who had the same experience. The staff told us this is a frequent occurrence. Will never give thisfranchise a dollar of our money ever again. Read more
Ate here earlier this evening. Service was OK. Waiter was pleasant. Food didn't take that long. Except I ordered the Parmesan... Shrimp Alfredo and the sauce was totally watered down- to the point that when you scoop up and twirl around (slowly, mind you)some spaghetti noodles around your fork, the sauce flew everywhere. Couldn't even taste the sauce unless I slurped it like abowl of soup--yuck. Next time I go, I am definitely sticking to what I usually get- pizza. Other than that, for the most part,the pizza's usually alright, although the quality of their pizza crust (across all their restaurants I've been to in Ontario atleast) has gone down tremendously in the last decade. I don't know what happened but their crust used to be crunchier and havethis texture that made it mouth-watering. It used to be the reason I liked it as a youth in the 2000's but nowadays with allthese food regulatory restrictions, who knows why it's different. Got the plant based burger. Couldn’t eat the patty it was over cooked - tasted like what I imagine cat food would taste like.... Told the server. She didn’t care. Also upgraded to cactus cuts. Charged for the upgrade which is okay but then charged anadditional fee for the cactus cut dip (which comes with the cactus cuts). Wait time sucked. This is the third bad experiencehere - guess I’m a slow learner. Never coming back - worst Boston Pizza I’ve been to. Avoid. Lots of other good restaurantsin Guelph. Read more
We visited this location about three months ago. This was our first time back to dine in since the COVID shutdowns. We have... dined at this location in the past and did have good experiences. There must have been some changes as the food was not up topar at this visit. The pizza was overdone and the toppings ended about three inches from the edge. We did request a replacement.We also ordered wings which were also overdone. We ended up taking the replacement pizza home as we needed to leave. Thereplacement pizza was the same and we ended up tossing it in the trash. That being said we will return again to give themanother chance hoping that these issues were short lived and my review will be edited. Read more

My partner and I went here a few weeks ago for our anniversary and we had an issue with our food and service quality. We told... our server that there was bugs flying in our food and mouth as we ate and that we didn’t want to finish our meal.We hadordered drinks and they didn’t have many of what we wanted,my partner and I are very newly 19 and were not asked to see our IDwhen we were served our drinks. We were given 4$ off our one food item and told we can order new food if we would like at anadditional cost. We thought this was not really a fair amount of a discount. So as we were leaving we asked for the manager andshe gave us a 35$ gift certificate for only this location, that I had to use by December 2022. We didn’t see how much thecertificate was for until we were home and then decided to come back the next day to ask for a refund. And we were told theywould call us. We didn’t get a call so we went in again today and asked if we could just have at least the amount of ourorder. They were not able to do that so we settled on them making us a meal right then at no cost but it still had to be in the35$ range. When the food was ready a server didn’t even talk or look at me and placed the pizza on the counter and ignored mewhen I said thank you. My partner was saying how they were sorry for the trouble to the manager and felt that they were mad atus for coming in again? I do not recommend this location at all unless you want to have a drink underage :) Read more
