Food was good, although you may want to check the prices as we felt they were a bit high. This is relative and personal. I like... to factor in food, atmosphere and quality interactions when looking at cost. Overall, I would say that the atmosphere was notunwelcoming, but it was not welcoming (aside from the one waitstaff, she was friendly). For example, we were not greeted with asmile and “welcome to our pub!”, but rather "do you have reservations as we have reserved tables for lunch..." so thatimplied what?? There was no one in the place when we arrived and well into our meal when people started showing up. And evenwhen people did show up there was plenty of room. I wonder what the real intent of the front of house guy’s question/commentwas for and reason for it. We got the impression of pretentiousness. Also, there was some music playing, but it was turned downlow (it was very quiet in there), so the whole experience just felt 'off'. I think three different people came to our table toask how things were, so yeah, just kind of strange and if there was no coordination among the staff. Maybe there is newownership, and they are getting a feel of things and have not got into their groove yet. If you like a quiet and mutedatmosphere and decent food, then I think it would be a fine place to visit. Read more

We came on a Wednesday in early November for lunch. It was not busy. The place is quite large inside, divided into rooms as a... restored old Victorian home. Cool decor and art throughout. Our server Haley was super helpful, friendly and efficient. We triedthe chicken Caesar wrap, the Birria (like beef on a bun) and the roasted beet salad with a side of chicken. Portion size isquite generous. Flavours are exceptional. Especially like the ability to choose "half salad - half fries" as my side. The frieswere some of the best I have had and are apparently made in house. The side salad came with a house dressing that again was oneof the best I have had lately. We can't wait to return to try more items at this amazing restaurant. Read more

I love the environment and the staff, but I feel like the food has changed a bit in the last year or two. The burgers are filled... out with mushrooms, and the texture is a bit odd and starchy. The Nashville sandwich is beautifully fried, but the sauce isalmost inedibly hot/spicy. Love the freshness and the overall vibe, but I'd love to see the food improved a bit. That beingsaid, I've generally had great experiences here! ???? and thanks for the kind reply! Read more

This was my first time at The Wooly Pub and it was amazing. My wife and I were looking for a family owned restaurant with good... reviews. Well, The Wooly Pub came up on the search and we decided to give it a try. What a great decision it was. We wanted toseat and enjoy their awesome patio or terrace, but unfortunately it was windy and chilly for our two-year-old son. We were givena table inside and it was great as well. Our food were delicious and we enjoyed very much our meal and the place itself. Theircraft beer selection is awesome. We will definitely come back again. Fully recommended ???????????????????????????????? Read more
