EXTREMELY HORRIBLE SERVICE/FOOD : Ordered Habanero crispy chicken wrap, It was rubbery and hard. I complained at store about it... but shift supervisor( 6:14pm on oct 7th,2022) was more keen on proving that I m lying, she went on to say ?You didn?t eat itright away so it became like that? and added ?we sold 10 wraps in last hour there was no complain?. Needless to say she didn?tgive her name stating that it?s there policy. I hope Manager/Owner takes note of this, that stale food is going to customer fromtheir store. Read more

For a place as small as Guelph, this is one weird place. Have been in there maybe 6-8 times. I usually walk in. Some of the... staff are trying hard and are great. But, omg, some of the others! A few weeks ago, I waited in line for a long time. Whilewaiting, one staffer had a freak out, screaming at the other staff about their mistakes, and how she gets blamed for theirmistakes. Then there was back and forth between her and one or a few other staff. This escalated until the one that had theoriginal outburst appeared to be cursing and then told another staff person that they could settle this outside - or somethingto that effect. ???? So, staff stressed and angry and not functioning as a team. Finally I placed my order. The biscuit was coldand dry. The coffee was lukewarm. Oh well. Next time I was there, I asked the cashier to please sanitize their hands beforemaking my coffee. Why? If you?re going to have a staff person go out from behind the counter and open the washroom door forcustomers, then they need to wash or sanitize their hands before touching food or drink. But this is not the practice at thislocation. So, dirty key goes in dirty door and dirty door is opened by the same person who is going to be prepping your drinkand grabbing your food. Ugh. Given the number of street and street involved folks that frequent this location, and use thewashroom, and do not appear to have access to showers or laundry, this is in fact a big deal. Most recently, dude in line hadopen sores and was actively bleeding and scratching. He takes his money out of his pocket to pay. Fine. But now the cashier ishandling the dirty money that has been in the filthy pants and touched by possibly bloody hands. Then, without washing orsanitizing their hands, cashier goes on to grab peoples donuts and make their coffee. Double double with a side of crosscontamination anyone? The fake ?this place is clean? reviews make me gag. Won?t be back. Read more

I would leave 0 but of course they don?t allow that. Lol. Don?t expect to get any customer service at this location. I spent... over $20 just wanted the coffee I ordered really. When it was opened and Too late to go back. No way to get back. They offeredno help at all. Even a credit that I don?t even care about the money. It?s just showing they are taking responsibility for theirmistake. Heck I?d pay again lol. Read more

Took 25 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich that wasn?t even toasted. Then they told me its slow on Saturday mornings because... they train every Saturday during their busiest hours. Do not go to this location Saturday mornings it will be quicker to driveto another Tim Hortons. In my opinion that?s extremely poor management to be slow at 11am Saturday morning (presumably one ofthe busiest times of the week) because of training. Read more
